The Team
Dylan has devoted the last 25 years of his life to helping people get healthier, the last six of which have been focused on this studio in Wilton. Ever a coach and leader, he strives to bring knowledge of fitness, nutrition, recovery, and mindset to his clients every day while at the studio or through his writings. When he’s not in the studio, he is typically at the racetrack with his Miatas or Porsches.
Dylan Cathers
Co-founder
Bru has a motivating spirit that touches everyone’s heart and pushes them to excel. Dozens of her clients have successfully achieved their weight loss goals through her guidance, while focusing on easy-to-follow lifestyle changes. She is a great listener with the ability to draw people out and create a safe atmosphere for everyone to thrive. Bru enjoys watching murder mysteries, playing the piano, trying new recipes, and hiking.

Juli brings more than five years of fitness experience and a genuine enthusiasm for guiding people of all ages toward their health and wellness goals. Beyond the studio, she loves a challenging game of cards and expresses her creative spirit through her art and the comfort of cooking and baking.

Erica has 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. Erica has a passion for empowering individuals to push their limits and cultivate a deeper mind-muscle connection. Outside the studio, she enjoys volunteering at her local nature center, reading true crime and mysteries, and cuddling up with her cat Stella.

Studio Manager & Coach
AFAA-certified Group Fitness Instructor and NASM Stretch & Flexibility Coach, brings a lifelong love of dance and fitness to her classes. With a background in Zumba and additional certifications in senior fitness and circuit training, she’s dedicated to helping clients move and feel their best. In her free time, Melly loves to travel the world, learn foreign languages and read.

Marketing Manager & Coach
Liv is a former athlete turned fitness coach who is entering her first year of college. She is dedicated to helping clients feel their best while setting attainable goals for their health and wellbeing in present and future. With a background in sports, Liv loves to cultivate a community of belonging and support. When she’s not on the mat at Rev3, you will find her hiking with her dog Rosa, hanging out with her friends, or reading.

Before becoming a coach, Deb was a valued client for five years. Her positive experience inspired her to join the team and assist others in becoming the best version of themselves. With almost 32 years of experience as a figure skating coach, she currently teaches skaters of all ages and levels at Stamford Twin Rinks. Outside of work, Deb enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Remie has a great balance of passion for both fitness and life in the outdoors. With certifications in group fitness and Mat Pilates, she’s dedicated to helping others achieve their goals. Remie finds joy in exploring the world, cooking up a storm, and spending time with her pets.

After 35 years in the Financial Services industry Mary retired from the hustle and bustle allowing herself time to focus on her own fitness and health. After three years as a client she recently joined the team as a greeter welcoming fellow clients into the studio with a smile. She enjoys time with her husband of 36 years, her four adult children and is eagerly awaiting a grandchild later this year.

Junnel is a dedicated virtual assistant with a passion for technology and problem-solving. Living in the Philippines, he is the go-to tech guy for the team, always ready to tackle challenges with expertise. Beyond his tech skills, Junnel enjoys playing basketball, strumming the guitar, and whipping up delicious meals in the kitchen. With a love for both creativity and innovation, he brings energy and versatility to everything he does.

Rev up your day with an extended 45-min workout designed to help you push further and recover stronger. RevGo+ has total body focus with an additional ten-minute boost of extra core, cardio, and/or stretch.
REVGo
High intensity, total body cardio workout focused on improving aerobic capacity, metabolism and endurance.
REVFusion
A combination of resistance, balance and cardio training for a comprehensive workout.
REVcovery30
Dedicated to increasing flexibility and range of motion to improve muscle recovery and help prevent injuries.
REVBuild
Blends traditional strength training with functional movement exercises focused on building and maintaining muscle mass.

What To Expect
Walk into REVITY3 and you’ll be greeted by name. Not just because we love you but we want to make sure you know we see you showing up for yourself. We applaud your effort and we appreciate the time you invest with us.
A REVITY3 workout will have you revving up your heart rate but also slowing it down. We want you to push yourself while also listening to your body and what you need. Your coach is ready with progressions if you need more spice or they can help you tone it down or work around injuries. We’ll be with you every step of the way.
